Tip #5.

With both hands free and held firmly on the thumb nail, quickly grasp the thumb nail to secure your fingers to the nail.

Tip #6.

Once you're firmly rooted, quickly pinch and pinch on every tip of the nail on each finger for at least a 2 second.
