You'll need:

2 Tbsp. ground flax or hemp oil or hemp oil from your local garden


Mix each side of your silicone gel and mix lightly. Allow it to sit overnight (I recommend a 10 minute soak for a better consistency)

Invert the gel into a piping bag and hold in the freezer for 30 – 45 minutes on the counter.
