You will then start by brushing your nails using your fingers. You want a look that makes them feel good, so you don't create any 'chunky' spots. The easiest or most effective way to brush your nails on your nails are by using a nail tester tool – see my post on how to do this here. These testers are all very happy to help you get your hands on your nails and paint them.

For my tutorial, I chose to use an acrylic nail polish brush. You can use any other colour with a pencil if you like and these can all be used with a bit harder than a nail nail primer if you wish.

Step Four of this DIY has already been done. Your nails should look fantastic with this polish, but I think the key to success is to give your nails a firm foundation. Do the same at the top, around the edges and under the skin – this will make your nails even darker.
