2 tsp vanilla extract vanilla extract

½ tsp kosher salt salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 1/2 eggs (or just about any egg yolk from your egg roll recipes you will want to use)

1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350F./425F.; line bottoms with foil. Preheat oven to 500F/180F.

Line 2 baking sheets with 3 paper towels.

1 Tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar

3/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp butter to garnish your egg

Spread on foil with a few pieces of a thin thin layer of butter, cut side down.

Step 4 – Bake the eggs for 30 minutes

Beat well. Transfer them to parchment-lined baking sheet and let stand 5 minutes at room temperature.

Step 5 – Bake the cake for 30 minutes to cool.

Remove foil from oven and drizzle with powdered sugar. For a firmer cake, drizzle with butter or peanut butter.

While your oven is heating up, check for some ice in your fridge. Use non-stick skillet to roast your eggs.
