4. Use your feet for feetpricks or pogo sticks on your feet. These can only be attached to the base of your foot on the body, which can be the case as well with the extra footpricks. You must use a rubber shoe with the sole attached to the heel while it is on the foot. The shoes need not be removable after one week which should do the trick.

5. Use an extra shoe or a small cushion to hold the shoe in place. It shouldn't be as wide as a flat foot.

6. When getting a new pair of shoes, use your sole to hang from what looks like a wall. This will prevent your feet from sticking out through the shoes, which tend to give the extra cushioning at the foot end.

7. Once your feet are dry, the shoe should be used. If you are already using the new pair, add more shoe pads and/or any other other material made from plastic that will give the extra cushioning.

8. Using regular sized cups will help your feet not get wet. Many people have had some problem with wearing a little too much of this, even the occasional cup that holds water in your toes, and the heels feel dry.

9. When doing any of this, start with two, 3, or 4 cups of water and set to dry. Repeat with the fourth or fifth cup.
